Hi all

Well I made it through my 1st week and managed a decent 9.5lb loss

Finding it much easier now.

week 2 here I come :)

Fantastic loss, keep going, the first week is rather difficult in terms of adjusting yourself thereafter life ticks on without food!!:D

Had my first weigh in this morning and I've lost 11lbs!!!! I'm jumping for joy!!!
