    I have just completed week 1 and I have lost 5lb, woohoo I am really chuffed.

    I haven't been hungry I even managed to go out for dinner yesterday and not mess it up.

    I would like to get the 1/2 stone by the end of this week.

    YYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY
