Today I went for my first wi. I have lost 5 lbs. Cant help feeling a bit disappointed. Stuck rigidly to the diet all week and really thought the loss would be better. Having a tough day but have kept my resolve. its great to loose 5 lbs...will keep reminding myself....
 
5lbs is a good loss up your water I try to drink 4 litres a day and it does help shift the weight!! Well done on your loss and getting through week 1

Start weight 14 stone 6lbs Height- 5ft 7" My Goal List 1. Complete week one 2. Lose 1st stone 3. Complete month 1 4. Lose 2nd stone 5. Complete month 2 6. Lose 3rd stone & get to goal weight of 11 stone 6lbs & be able to shop in "normal" not fat shops again!
