Congratulations, how did you get on with the shake? Also regarding muscle and weight - when I began exercising, 2 weeks before re-feed, I found that I lost a touch more so fingers crossed for you x

I got scared!! lol.. So i was outside the pharmacy at 9am like a desperado, got weighed, rushed home, done my shake and arrived about 5 minutes after the class had started...
I am glad i had something though as i didn't realise how energetic it was... When i had finished and drove home, i had a face like a tomato and Joe kept laughing at me!! lol

It is great to hear that you lost when you exercised... You have done so so well Gemha x x
 
Lol - I must admit it doesn't taste too nice from the shaker but needs must when I was at work!!
