Week 11 - Refeeding

Well done on loosing 2 lbs on refeed. Carbs are always going to be an issue for me too. Trying to stick to the wholegrain "better" ones . Shredded wheat,Porrigde,wholemeal bread, wholemeal Pasta.Brown rice (Smaller portions too) Find I can have these without craving too much (Give me white bread (turns in to sugar very fast in the body) or rolls or sugary cerial and I am off on a binge :wave_cry:

You've done great -well done.

Carbs LOVE me too :( they stick to me like, well, fat! definitely my one to watch when i eventually refeed.
