Week 11 weigh in....

.... and I lost 4lbs so I've cracked the 3stone barrier and have now lost 45lbs - am really very happy with that - can't believe that the 11 weeks have passed so quickly .... only leaves me with about another 17 weeks to go - think I'm wishing my life away
