I have had a rubbish week .... I have found it so hard to stick to the diet and keep my motivation and wanted to give up and eat a chinese and a twirl ..... but I didn't and my reward was a 5lb loss



!
So that told me! Stop being a moaning minnie, drink your water and put up with it because it bloody well works! Am going to approach this week with a positive attitude and aim for a 3lb weight loss next week (to take me up to 50lbs!)
Plus, my BMI finally dipped below 40, which makes me only obese, not morbidly obese! Hoorah!
So just remember... when you're feeling the winter blues like I did last week, and spend your time opening cupboards and sniffing food ... how sad ..... KEEP GOING... because this diet works so well and it's not forever!
