Wooohoooo I've lost 4lb this week :bliss:
ARGHHHHH I am now 1lb off 5 stone!!
I'm not complaining I know 4lb is fantastic & I thought I would only do 2lb this week so I am amazed.It would have been nice to have lost 5lb though, it will be off next week! xx

100% SS all the way. Getting a bit worried now though, I have to eat from next week then going on holiday for 4 weeks the week after so gunna put some weight back on when on holiday but hopefully will get back to the SS when I'm back home! That's the plan anyway lol!! xx

Woohoo well done Camille!

Know how you feel though as i need 4.5lbs off this week to reach 5 stone, but my scales say 4lbs and that will be 3lbs at the most (or more likely 2) by the time my CDC weighs me later :sigh: so yes i know the aaaarrrrggghhhh feeling very well lol
