well i have been really ill with flu struck whole family down this week not eaten many of my food packs but tried to drink plenty. but i lost 5lbs this week so 1lb off 4.5stone wahoo

thanks slendablenda she is my little princess and what keeps me going i want to be able to run around with her easily when she grows up and not be out of breathe etc. waiting for my xmas cards to come this week will put pic on when i get chance i have made them myslef with pic of olivia on front
