Hey guys.. I havnt been on here much as I'v been on a break for the last month... I'm glad I did not because I was maining my weight and ate normal..Of course this was knowing the fact if I put on weight, I'll be loosing it soon when back on the diet. This week iv been slowly introuducing the shakes and I have lost few more pounds therfore I am 4 stones lighter to when I orignally started. I'm offically back on exante now and going to be strong as not I have to get back into ketosis...!
