Was very pleased this week :D Had to go out on Saturday and Sunday evennings for Christmas do's. I was so worried about caving in but stuck to protein only (steak on Saturday and omelette on Sunday). Got on the scales with dread but still managed a loss of 3lbs! Woo hoo! Proving all sorts of things to myself at the moment, I don't need to stuff my face to enjoy a night out ~ I am in control of what I eat ~ I can watch other people eat and not want to do the same. This diet is awesome and makes me feel so in control. Not dreading Christmas now!!:happy036:
