I'm finding it a hard slog now to be honest - I'm frustrated as it's coming off so slowly, probably because I'm eating again (am between 800-1000 cals a day now) but at the same time, even eating 1000 cals a day I should be losing more like 2lbs a week! On the other hand, I was ready to start eating again and slowly adjusting to life with food!
