Hello, all hope everyones well and looking forward to xmas.

I've just had an early weigh in as there's no nurse about tomorrow and i've lost half a pound which is good considering i'm refeeding. I'm happy with that as long as i hadn't gained again i don't mind!!

Thank you mini, I am super duper happy with it, i've still got a little way to go but think i'll decide about how to lose the last stone or so in January (get xmas etc out of the way and think about it after that! )
