Week 2 and I'm 4 lbs down - but I have to say I'm finding it so so hard. I feel a little depressed. It's so hard to not eat at all.

Will try and keep it together.

It really helps that I can already see a difference. It's all that's keeping me going right now.

Super result. It is hard to stay away from food but look at what good it's doing you. Stay strong, chin up & keep going :)
