Week 2 and feeling low

wow! I'd give anything to lose 22lbs in 2 weeks! try to think of it as what you can achieve in a month, rather than each individual week.

considering most people average at just a stone a month, you're doing fantastically well!

good luck with drinking more water, i know it's a pain but it really does make a difference in how you feel as well as weight loss :)

22lbs in 2 weeks??????? WOWZA!!!! Look at the bigger picture, not just the 2lbs and you will soon realise how well you have done. Congratulations! xx

I dont seem to be losing though?... stayed the same for 10 days now?????????? Im drinking 2.5lts a day and its frustrating me SO MUCH!

I can imagine. I stayed the same for 4 days last week, and it made me feel like throwing the towel in. AF was due though, so although I was losing, I was retaining water. Grrrr!

I know it sounds impossible, but try upping your water intake. I have 4 litres a day...just make sure you are always close to the loo!
