Hi well done on your loss , hope you don't mind me contacting just wondered what your doing if you don't mind me asking , am at a low and from tonorrow am going to change just not hundred per cent to what , ll worked for me last time but 5 stone heavier just not sure what else to try , well done again

Thanks everyone! Fifecaz it was only my second week but I am sticking to it 100% plus I do pilates, Zumba and swim. I've got a low thyroid and have to take thyroxine so it won't be easy but I'm really focussing on losing another 2 stones and looking and feeling better!
