im in week 2 im on ssplus. ive only lost 4lbs and im only just in ketosis i think... but today im really craving for chocolate, wat to doooooooooooooooooo
Take a leaf out of my book, I went on this site for inspirational and soon forgot all about the food I was craving and gone... I couldn't remember what I fancied.
I'm just in week 2 as of today, and it is the first time I've wanted food - so i went upstairs and went out of the way. I find distraction is the best technique to stop yourself eating.
Just try stay focused on end goal and you'll be fine.
4lbs is great. Keep at it. The chocolate will be a satisfying morsel for a very short time. Feeling good about yourself much outweighs the chocolate.
