Take a leaf out of my book, I went on this site for inspirational and soon forgot all about the food I was craving and gone... I couldn't remember what I fancied.

really will it be that bad if i only have a bit. i really dont think i can carry on i thought i would lose more. which is depressing

I'm just in week 2 as of today, and it is the first time I've wanted food - so i went upstairs and went out of the way. I find distraction is the best technique to stop yourself eating.

Just try stay focused on end goal and you'll be fine.

Well done on the loss 4lbs is great x

4lbs is great. Keep at it. The chocolate will be a satisfying morsel for a very short time. Feeling good about yourself much outweighs the chocolate.
