Well done thats over a half stone gone in 2 weeks :)

The exercise does have to be done im afraid. I stick to the Wii Fit, it may make me look a complete prat but at least i enjoy it to some extent.

Thanks guys! yeah I have I wii fit but i think i need something a bit more strenuous....although saying that I did try the xbox kinect today and that tuckered me out big time, I may have to try skipping and look like a douche in my back garden instead?! x
