Week 2 Weigh In

Sorry folks I have had such a busy weekend that I havent had time to come on and update.

Got weighed on Saturday and lost another 5lbs which I am chuffed to bits with as I have set my target at 3lbs per week.

So thats 22lbs in 2 weeks. If I could lose the same again this week, it would be almost 2 stone in 3 weeks :eek:

Clothes etc feel exactly the same so no difference there. I feel a lot better not having a beer though! Swimming also seems to give me a lot more energy and is helping massively with boredom! Instead of sitting in with a bottle of wine, I now go swimming! win-win for me.

Trying 1 shake and 2 flapjacks this week, so far so good. The flapjacks are actually alright. I know some people hate them. The pharmacist told me to open the packets and leave them for 15 mins before eating. It does make a difference.
