That's guys! Feels good.. My old clothes arbitrating to fit again!
One thing that's annoyed me today though.. (just to have a grumble..)
I went to a cafe after taking my mom out to the garden centre today, and my moms been fully supportive and barely questioned anything.. Saying how well I'm doing etc.. Anyway, we went on to order, my mom had a coffee with milk, and I ordered a coffee with skimmed.. To which the response was, "there's only semi skimmed, won't that do?" so I said.. Oh just black will be fine then trying not to make a fuss, and the woman started questioning me loads! Saying I was too young to diet, and that semi skimmed is low fat blah blah blah..
Why do people do that? First of all I'm nearly 26, so I'm pretty sure I can make my own decisions and secondly why do people insist on trying to shove food/full fat things your way all the time..
Sorry for the rant, I might seem a bit touchy, but the cafe lady made such a huge deal out of it and involved basically everyone in the cafe (it's just a little place.. )
Grrrr xx
