    Hi guys today was my second weigh in and I lost a lousy 3lbs I'm so dissappointed compare to my first weigh in where I lost 11lbs, anyway that 1stone in 2 weeks but I'm not satisfied really.

    You should not be disappointed with a 3lb loss! It's still a fantastic loss.

    You have lost a stone in 2 weeks! Thats great!

    I lost 11lbs my first week, and second week I lost 4lbs... bit of a difference, but I am still happy the weight is coming off! You should be too!

    Hi TC - a stone in two weeks is amazing!!! You should feel really happy and proud of yourself, not down??? Unfortunatley, there is no magic pill that will have us lose our weight overnight or super fast, it does take time....your in control, your following the CD diet and you WILL lose the weight you want to lose, it just takes time.

    Stick with it hun, it worked for you before and it's working for you now - just be patient and you will be rewarded, even if you lose 3-4lbs per week (which is a lot of fat!), it'll only take you another 10 weeks or so to get to goal and it'll only be May, just in time for spring/summer.
