Bit disappointed but not surprised.... I lost 3.25lb this week.

I KNOW its in the right direction and I will remain motivated.

Its probably due to my op partly (swelling and fluid retention) and the fact I havent started any real exercise yet. Once I can walk comfortably (after op) I will start doing that as I didnt see much point starting before.

1 pair of jeans is getting to loose, just waiting to see it in other clothes.

you get stress hormones released in response to surgery and these make you retain water so it is definitely not your fault. just look forward to next WI. you might get a nice surprise! x

Thanks everyone....

I am enjoying experimenting with the shakes now... Still havent made up my mind on the peanut flapjack. Might try the other one next week.

Had my weekly pics taken tonight and I can see a difference.... Yippee!!! Still look like a grumpy cow tho!!! LOL I hate photos but 'needs must.....' and all that!!

I really notice a difference when I get below 11st so I am looking forward to that. 3 weeks and 3 days to school reunion and I better be below 11st for that!!!! 9lb in 3 weeks is very do-able!!

Getting excited now about what weight I might be for my hols!!
