    I only lost 4lbs this week. I know it's not bad, and it's a stone in 2 weeks. Oh well I hope it's more next week. I think I need to drink more water. I have not drunk much the last couple of days

    Only!!! That's more than you're technically supposed to lose if you add up your calories in and subtract them from the basic calories out and the 14000 calories it takes to burn off 4lbs. That is what we call a BRILLIANT loss!
