Week 2!

Well another 3lbs off..8lbs in 2 weeks.
This plan has been so good, I don't feel deprived cos I can eat one small meal per day. I'd probably lose more if I went just onto 3 shakes per day but I'm happy to lose 3lbs every week. Still struggling to drink all the water but I'm trying my best.
