Hi guys
Hope you are all ok.Sorry for late catch up.Stayed TRF all week -only lost 2lb this week .Had a very emotional week bereavement in the family lots of tears but stayed true to the programme ,only managed 1 shake somedays as felt sick with being upset .I do feel this may have slowed my weight loss down but i will try and get 3 down each day from now on .Will log in next week guys hope u all have a fab week xxxx

So sorry to hear your sad news. What a sad week you've had.

You are probably right, not eating all the packs will hinder weight loss, but well done on sticking to the plan at this difficult time.

Take care and do try and drink all your shakes. Xx
 
Sorry to hear about your loss.

And stay +ve about your weight loss... 2lbs off is actually 4lbs better than gaining 2lbs which you could well have done if you'd comfort eaten.

2lbs - go get a big bag of sugar or two tubs of margarine - 2lbs is almost a KG... That's a lot of fat!
