    Ok joined weight watchers again 3 weeks ago

    Original start weight 15.12 :eek: ( my heaviest ever ) i was even brave enough to tell my OH what it was

    Week one i lost a FAB 9lb and was sooooo please

    Week 2 i lost 0 :cry:

    Wow!!:eek: 9lbs!! Fab!! Don't worry about the 2nd week though - your body probably went into shock:p - You'll see the scales move next week for sure. Keep going!!

    How have you found it so far?

    I am heavier than you and have taken things easy. Maybe 9lb was a big loss for first week and you could really think of it as 4.5lbs per week.
