week 24 ive only gone and done it!

Hello everyone,

Ive had to share this with you.

IVE REACHED MY TARGET AND ITS TAKEN ME 24 WEEKS I CANT BELIEVE IT

Im soooooo over the moon

Ive lost 8 stones 8 pounds and have lost a total of 78 inches of body which equates to 6 FEET 3 !

Its a double celebration for me as im in the final tomorrow for slimmer of the year.

Plus when i started this on 5th June i set myself a six month target and ive done it!!!!!!!!

Very inspirational. I just got weighed for week four and am 30.5lbs down now........so if i can keep it up I might be like you in 20 weeks time. !!!!!!

I feel on cloud nine, i dont know when im going to come down again.
I cant beleive ive done it!
Ive got a lifetime of being thin ahead of me now, and no longer have to hide myself away feeling ashamed.
IM GONNA START LIVING - not just existing!
All you lovely peeps out there - STICK WITH IT! DONT GIVE UP- KEEP GOING WHEN IT GETS TOUGH.
I WOULDNT SWAP THE WAY I FEEL NOW FOR £1M.
The best thing is i proved to myself i could do it . I achieved this.
