WEEK 25 WEIGH IN RESULT

    Hi everyone

    Just got back from seeing my counsellor was totally dreading todays weigh in as went away last week to the Cotswolds for a break and thoroughly enjoyed it. I ate 3 meals a day, had a cooked veggie breakfast with toast and jam, a sandwich for lunch (albeit the healthy opition) and a lovely meal in the evening. Also had a total 4 glasses of wine during the break (which was the first lot of red wine i had tasted in 25 weeks and it was absolutely devine!)

    I got on the scales this afternoon and couldnt believe it i have LOST ANOTHER 4 POUNDS!!!!!!!!!!! AND LOST AN INCH OF EACH THIGH [​IMG]

    I am sooooo happy, i really thought i would put on weight.

    Just had to share it with you!

    Wow, Congratulations Steph ...

    ... I've just read your thread. What's it like to be size 10? Do you still look for sizes that are too big. I am finding it hard to catch up with my weight-loss. I got some clothes out of the cupboard which I figured I would fit by now, but they're too big already.

    How are people treating you now, what strategies are you putting into place to ensure that you stay at the weight you are, and don't let bad habits creep back?

    Do you have any lose skin problems? What plans do you have for the future that you previously would have never considered? Tell us all!
