week 26 weigh in

Hi everyone hope your all well and ok.

I've had my weigh in and I've lost 1lb. Which I'm happy with as I always think I've gained weight as I'm really struggling being on "normal" food again in of 100% tfr I've just wanted to comfort eat all week coz I feel really sh*t and down to be totally honest.

But anyway it's not fair to moan at you guys.

Hey Cath, a pound is a pound. Sorry you're feeling sh*t but pleeeeeez don't turn to food. Don't undo all your good work to date. Only 13lbs to goal so don't go and sabotage yourself honey. You've been able to resist food for months so you can resist it for a few hours until your mood lifts. And you can moan to me anytime. That's what we're here for! Hope you're feeling better about things now.
