    Ahhhhh, at last.

    7.5 horrible pounds of fluff gone forever!!! :D

    I am so happy to be moving again, significantly at that!!!

    Makes me one happy camper!! I had such horrible slow weeks, I resigned that I would not come close to the August Bank Hols Challenge this time, but this makes me feel a whole lot better!!!

    Off to change ticker and work out what mini targets have been met!

    ADDED: I have now lost over 100 pounds, and have less the 3 stone to goal!!

    Just 2 stone, 3 pounds to go!!!! YESSSSSS!!!!

    Deb, the do was great - got a bit more male attention then usual!! hehe I think my OH liked that, and didn;t like that. LOL It was a good night, but noone brought a camera!! But I loved struttin about in my KMs!!! And I didn;t have to say excuse me to get behind chairs!! :D

You were right, on the other thread, I was well down last week - I knew it would work itself out as I'd done nothing to slow it down, but the big loss this week certainly lifted my spirits!!!
