By some miracle I have lost a pound this week!:) Kids are back at school and I can have my old routine back. I re-joined my class today aswell just to give me a bit of extra support. I have to throw everything I have at this and im determined to have a good week.
The main goal for this week is to have bigger meals and snack alot less - 6 points maximum for snacks each day is my aim. I also want to drink more. Week 3 here I come!:vibes:

Absolutely crap day! Back to work after 10 days off and it was mad. Husband and kids driving me nuts, I just want to run away! Needless to say my old friend food stepped in to soothe me so that's 20 weeklies gone in 10 minutes how stupid was that?

By way of an update - im still plodding on but I have decided that keeping a food diary here and on my tracker was taking up too much time and I was obsessing a bit lol! I have lost 10.5 lbs in the past 5 weeks and im on target for christmas. I have had serious munchies the past few days and evenings have been really difficult. I am going to try an 8 oclock curfew for food and im limiting myself to 6-8 pts for treats as I have been having far too many!
 
I'm back (again). Starting at 17st 12 with weigh in on Friday.
