Well am on my half way through my 3rd week. I have lost 1 stone so far in 2 weeks which i am pleased about. I really have another 3 or 4 stone to loose, but i just feel that this week i will not have lost any weight. I am struggling a little with the water at work is this a huge part, am i not going to loose much or any if i dont drink the water?
I am feeling a bit crappy and tired tis week.Any advice is welcome.:sigh:

Week three is tough, because Sole sourcing is about to become a habit....

The water can sometimes be challenging, and if that's the case then look at flavoured waters to spice things up a bit... try to keep with the ones that don't have citric acid in as this may mess with your ketosis.

Glugging the water is a pain, but if you can keep it up for another 7 days it will also be a habit and will cease to be the chore that it is at the moment. Drinking the minim 2.25l is important, because it dilutes the ketones in your urine and therefore reduces the strain on your kidneys as they excrete the byproduct of fat burning.....

    HTH a bit at least!

    End of Week 4

Now end of week four, I am pleased weighed this morning at home and now under 13 stone. which is great. I have my weigh in later today so I hope it is the same. I am seeing a little difference in my body. The lowest I have been in a couple of years is about 12st 5lb so when I get below this I will feel like I am getting somewhere at last.
Can't wait for later, thanks for the encouragement ladies.
