    Sooo got weighed in and i have put on 1lb not good! But tbh i was expecting a lot worse as i had an awful week last week! So i may have lost some aswell lol but who knows! Being good now tho gotta get back into the swing of things!!

    Just carry on as normal now :)

    I stayed the same one week and felt like I may aswell have put on a pound LOL it feels crap for about a day
