Week 3 Weigh In

Just had my week 3 weigh in and lost another 4lbs! Well chuffed with that. That's 20lbs in 3 weeks, never do that on any other diet. Be so pleased to get my 2 stone done in a couple of weeks.

We're in Newlyn, near Penzance. Pretty sure your brother lives quite close. Small world eh?

You're right about this weather though, can't wait to be slimmer during the hotter weather.
