I don't do any exercise at the moment as i don't feel confident enough to venture into the gym,but i have made a promise to myself that when i have lost 2 stone i will start to go swimming.I try to stick to my daily allowance of 38 pro-points,and so far have managed to only go 10 points into the extra reserve of 49!!
