Pretty gobsmacked to learn that I've lost 7lb in week 3!! :wow:

Dead chuffed! Am a week and a half into a new job so am more active than I had previously been so I'm sure that's helped.

LT is wonderful! I usually keep weight loss attempts quite private (mainly cos i'm used to failing at them), but with LT i feel like i'm not embarrassed to say i'm on a diet as i'm having such great results
