Just got back from my Week 3 WI...
*drum roll*
6lbs!
Much better than the 4lbs I had last week, so happy with that.
I lost a few inches too
1.5 from my waist bringing me to 38.5in
1 from my hips bringing me to 51
1 from my bust bringing me to 43
1 from my thighs bringing me to 23
I wish my damn hips would shrink a bit faster!! But over all I'm pretty happy with that. Got mix a mousse this week so will try that out. And to combat boredom I've got less porridge and soup and more different shakes this week too.
