Just had my week 3 weigh much better then last week 5lbs & 3lbs away from my 1st stone i am smiling like a cheshire cat at the mo

Welldone. I cant wait for my first weighin its worse than waiting for Christmas and thats bad enough. Then I think, just think how much different this christmas will be when I'm not overweight. Welldone again
