week 3 weight in

    was on Cambridge diet NOW Weight watchers
    Lost 4 and a half pounds!! yeaahhh heeeeyyy
    So thats 22lb in 3 weeks!! Unreal!! is this really happening to me :p

    WOWZEE how fabulous is this? I think is just showing you that doing it 100% is the way, I mean no diet is easy, EVER! but the point is, cheating will prolong the agony so that one's not worth trying. Well done you.:) Monica xx

    Curlywurly - just realised you lost 2and a hlaf on ss+ - FAN BLOODY TASTIC!! thats so amazing.
