you should be over the moon you have lost 19lb in 3 weeks that amazing you would never lost that by yourself n remember dis diet only predicts you lose a stone a month so your well above target this month , i hope your doing well on exante n i hope you av a beter weight loss nxt week xx

Don't worry, each week will vary, you may have lost inches though. Your still on target aswell. Just stay strong and good luck for next week. A Loss is a Loss and it's v.good!

Thanks guys, you're right, no way could I have lost that amount on any other diet. I feel better today. :)
