Hi all, 4.5lbs pretty good to say i was on TOTM.
My goal this week is 4.5lbs to make it 2 stone in a month.
I'm really struggling with the water, got told off and she said if i dont drink 5 litres she will have to take me off!!!!!
Well done Sammiann, you are steaming ahead. Im just on weeek 3 - lost another 4lbs so i have just done a stone in 3 weeks. you are doing really really well. 5 litres.. sounds alot - maybe im not drinking enough.
That's a bit harsh - I would just lie to the pharmacist.
My pharmacist just said to drink 2 litres. It's me (having read advice on here) who has upped it to 4 or 5 litres - although I'm always being told by others I'm drinking too much! In fact there was an item on Thames Valley tonight last week about a woman who had damaged her short term memory by drinking too much water and the advice was 2 to 4 PINTS!!!! They said too much washed out essential vitamins and minerals! That seems very little and I get thirsty if I don't drink at least 4 litres!!!
