Week 3.

Only 1 1/2lbs off this week and 1 1/2 inches BUT I am not letting it get me down. It's still a loss and not a gain. Have not cheated once since starting. Had two evening meals the last week of omelette and mushrooms and chicken and broccoli because my consultant said your body can get used to just the products and giving it that little bit of food can spur on your weight loss. The good thing is I've eaten those meals and not felt like I NEED to eat every day.

I am now down 1 stone 3lbs and 10 1/2 inches in 3 weeks. :) To be honest as disheartening as it may be to have a smaller loss, I know that's going to happen from time to time and I think I do prefer it that way, I know it'd be nice to lose a big amount every single week but really, it's much more better for your body to adjust and lose it a bit slower some weeks.
