3lb off. chuffed with this as im a bloated whale (totm due next week)

1st 11lb off in 4 weeks. down 2 dress sizes. (im now in size 16s) woop woop xx

makes it all worth it.

only 2 more weigh ins for me til MY personal reason for losing weight (fertility clinic) xx

hiya hun, your doing it for the same reason. i wish you the total best of look. not only is this diet emotionally draining anyway, but doing it for that reason is even harder. its all i think about. my start bmi was 33.7 and now its 29.8. i just want to get somewhere near the healthy range.

how you doing? do u have appt for fertility? xx

Well im still a way off I started at BMI of 44 and its now down to 39 I need it to be 35 for appointment 26th March so heres hoping. I know ill still have to work at it after that but hopefully he will see im on the right track.
