I am down another 4 pounds to an even 17 stone which i am pretty happy with as it is that time of the month. But ya 30 pounds in 4 weeks for me is absolutely brilliant and I am beginning to see it a small bit in my clothes as well but not too much.
Have to change my weigh in day from sat to tues so I am going to have like 9 days of dieting before my next weigh in during which I hope to have another good few pounds off.
