week 4 weigh in

    and i am delighted to tell you i lost 3lbs!!!!

    i am sure the extra water the last 2 days has helped. thats 16lbs this month!!!

    its TOM next week so am not weighing in with CDC until the following Fri. my CDC is going away on the sat so am getting weighed in the evening for the first time and am crapping it!!! i always weigh loads on an evening because of all the drinking. i will just have to stop drinking at 12 (which seems pointless) but i find that water adds loads of weight. can anyone give me any tips on evening weigh ins??????

    oh - and cannot believe i am in week 5...whooop whooop!!!!!!!!!!

    Hi,really well done on your loss,I remember you starting and it only seems like a short time ago,and,look at you 16lbs down!Way to go!!
    I weigh at 7 in the evening so I stop drinking at 4 Im normally only a couple of pounds over morning WI at home then,but Im so thirsty have a drink as soon as Im weighed,I dont think you are supposed to do that mind you,but Im in the habit of it now and if I drank like I do normally I would be about 5 lbs heavier for WI
