    now just trying to eat sensibly
    Down 2lbs this week. I am not really coping with this diet. During the last week I was on cs two days then 3 days of eating everything in sight then 2 days of starvation. The only good thing is one of my friends noticed my weight loss and I have changed my hairslyle - the first step to my new image. So far today I have have behaved myself but it is only 10am. Hope everyone else is coping with this diet better than me. But I am going to keep on trying.:sigh:

    Hang in there honey - 2lbs is still a wonderful loss and im sure you will be fine this week. We all have rough patches and I must admit 3 days into the diet I ate an ENTIRE giant toblerone, but slowly im begining to adapt I just think it takes a wile to get used too? Best of luck for the coming week :)

    Kathleen - well done on 2lbs off, that is really good. Look at your 4 week losses, 13lb - that's just shy of a whole stone, which is fab! Hang on in there, you are doing really well babes xx
