Week 4 WI

I lost 3lb this week :)

I am pleased it's a loss but a little sad as it isn't as good as my previous losses :(

The only slip I have had is to have a chicken tikka so that I can still meet my friend for lunch and my cdc doesn't think that's a problem and I probably won't do my aam as I have been having a chicken salad after my hockey matches.

I don't know, I wouldn't risk it which is why I've been sticking with the tandoori chicken tikka as it is marinated (sp?) chicken cooked in the clay oven
