I'm really worried my week one loss was 9ln I'm week 2, it's Monday and my weigh in is on Thursday and my scales say I haven't lost a single pound.... Does being on your totm affect this?? x

I believe it can effect it. I also weigh on a Thursday, I remember weighing on a monday like u and was still the same but come thursday I had loss 6lbs. I try not to weigh at home its so tempting but like my consultant said the scales will vary a bit through the day.
