How strange is that? I have been totally 100% since day one and have not felt hungry etc. but this week 4 has been a nightmare, didn't feel so good and felt i hadnt lost anything. I went for weigh in anyway and had only lost 2lbs. this is fine but if so many feel this way during week 4 maybe it is when our bodies try to kick back... we beat it anyway lol. Come on week 5!!!!!!
