just had my week 5 weigh in, and I've lost another 4lbs. Thats 1 pound off 2 stone!! Crazy! I was bad last week and missed shakes etc but this weigh in has given me a real boost to do my last two weeks with renewed vigour!
The first few weeks I struggled with getting all my shakes down/the right amount of water, but, it becomes more like habit & also, the losses definitely pushed me on to do it properly & I suppose I should point out you really do need them all, heh!
